Ras Alsalmiya Health Club/ Ladies Branch

Ras Al-Salmiya Club for ladies was opened at the beginning of 2014 to be one of the largest women's health clubs in Kuwait. The club is equipped with the latest sports equipment (PANATTA) to ensure the safety of participants.

And to provide better services,  it has been providing crew training of specialized female fitness, weight loss, weight gain, body stretching and building muscles. Also the club provides 7 different variety of classes on daily periods as morning and evening (Belly Dance, Zumba, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga) and other sports activities, and teaching swimming for children and adults.

Taekwondo Training - 3 Days in a Week for Kids

Taekwondo is the art of self defense. Taekwondo training is well-rounded and involves learning blocks, punches, open-handed strikes, take-downs, throws, and joint locks. In the parallel of other fantanstic programs, Ras Al Salmiya Fitness Center offers Taekwondo Training with Black Belt instructor. Classes schedule: Thursday (4:00pm - 5:00pm), Friday (10:00am - 11:00am) and Saturday (1:00pm - 2:00pm)

Ballet Dancing for KIDS

Ras Al Salmiya Fitness Center for Ladies offers the perfect program to use toe-tapping energy for kids. Our Dance program introduces children to ballet, tap, and hip-hop techniques, while allowing them to express themselves through creative movement. This program is for the age of 3 to 9 years kids. Every Saturday (2:00pm - 3:00pm) and Wednesday (4:00pm - 5:00pm)

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in waist to neck-high water. It is type of resistaance training. We are offering new classes for Aqua Aerobic and Water Therapy. Timings for Aqua Aerobics are Saturday to Thursday three classes daily in morning and evening.
